Requisites –  


Position –  Consultant / Sr Consultant / Manager


Responsible for assisting the consultants in their activities.

Understanding the client’s requirements and their role in the execution of the assignment, the deliverables, the time frame etc.

Responsible for effective implementation of the field steering model. Verification of deliverables prior to presentation to the client. Tracking and follow up ‘collections’. Keep the Team leader informed of any changes in the client environment.

Ensure that the assignment gets completed / managed in a ongoing way to the satisfaction of the client.

Resume database management (Updating / maintenance according to the procedure).

Candidate interface and nurturance.

Resume short listing – speak to candidates and validate interest on a particular assignment with a client.

Sourcing and validating of CVs for middle level management.

Updating of all records and client anchoring.


Experience – 2 – 6 years
