Responsibilities:

– Respond and troubleshoot Livestream producer support requests via e-mail, chat and phone
– Update and maintain the Livestream forum, user guide, support center, FAQ & knowledge base
– Work closely with in-house developers, designers content development staff.
– Influence the product development roadmap based on producer feedback
– Willingness to work a flexible schedule including 2 weekend shifts per month, some evening hours as required

Your Profile:
– Great communication skills (written and verbal)
– Previous online streaming and phone troubleshooting experience preferred
– You have experience using the Livestream Studio, Webcaster, and Procaster
– Experience in video technologies (knowledge of encoding, DV cameras etc)
– Previous experience in a client services / account management preferred
– Very strong technical skills and understanding
– Strong troubleshooting skills
– Competitive at Wii Bowling
