Job Purpose (Summary Of The Role)

– Installs, configures, and maintains IBM FileNet P8, Web Services, Image Services, Seibel Connectors and share point connectors software.

-To be able to diagnostic and troubleshoot system bugs and problems to be fixed.

-Works closely with clients, vendors, and other technical staff to identify and resolve complex issues or problems that impact the environment.

– Provides technical support for FileNet application development.

– Consults with clients and other technical staff on complex FileNet design, implementation, or maintenance issues.

– Provide capacity planning and manages performance of the FileNet environment.

Key Result Areas (Roles & Responsibilities)

Experience

-FileNet Admin certified with 4/5 years’ experience with Content Manager.

– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline. 

Knowledge & Technical Skills Required:

-FileNet Admin certified with 4/5  years’ experience with Content Manager.

-Unix skills capable of performing simple admin tasks on Solaris servers including the ability to: Logon and logoff, Navigate file system, Edit Text files, Use X-Windows applications, Upload or Download files from/to Unix servers, Execute UNIX commands as needed

-Experience with Oracle databases.

– Proficient in SQL and PL SQL

– Knowledge in Oracle Database administration.

-Familiarity with client side UI technologies (e.g., HTML,CSS, Javascript)

-Ability to work independently or as part of a team

-Experience with analysis phase activities (discussing business needs with customers and translating to technical capabilities and requirements, etc.)

Mandatory Skills:

-Electronic Document Management experience (1-2 years)

-FileNet Admin certified with 2-3 years’ experience with Content Manager.

-Unix skills capable of performing simple admin tasks on Solaris servers including the ability to: Logon and logoff, Navigate file system, Edit Text files, Use X-Windows applications, Upload or Download files from/to Unix servers, Execute UNIX commands as needed

-Experience with Oracle databases.
