- Responsible for architecture of the STB software stack provided for a project or responsible for a product/program as a product/program STB architect.
- Owner of requirements being added to product.
- Creates Architecture to handled new enhancements to the system. Works with various component architects to ensure component requirements and design are being done properly.
Required expertise
- Expert in embedded system design has a good hands on Experience. Preferably STB ( DVB/ATSC/MHEG/MHP/OCAP/DSS/IPTV.. ) or DVD or entertainment system based on embedded technologies.
- Experience in designing complex systems.
- Ability to use design tools ( such as UML diagrams ) to produce good design documents
- Capable of delivering good presentations to a multi cultural audience and good communicator
- Sharp and smart
