1. 15+ years of management experience. Candidates should possess diverse background in software development life cycleand web application developments

2. 10+ years of that experience should be spent in the successful leadership of software development teams and in interacting with line business staff to set business and project priorities. Strong preference for previous work experience in an international assignment within US/Europe

3. Undergraduate degree in technology-related field is required, with strong preference for advanced degree


· Solid problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to make critical decisions in a timely manner with lean resources

· Strong business negotiation and influence skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in different business

· Strong financial and operational experience with ability to successfully manage a large budgets as well as in depth understands the key financial drivers and dynamics related to growth and revenue goals of an organization

· Proven communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner across multiple organizations with business and technology teams areas regarding operational and strategic issues

· Ability to work proactively and effectively in a fast-paced, complex and dynamic environment, provide process improvement recommendations and increase operational efficiencies by using technology and innovation

· Proven project management skills; the ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for limited resources

· Ability to interpret, shape and communicate company vision messages to large multi discipline teams and to create an environment that retains top talent

· Demonstrated management experience in developing team skills and competencies that result in creating a cross trained, engaged and knowledgeable staff with the ability to develop people to their optimal potential
